Part Time Receptionist

We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED Veterinary Receptionist for a part-time position.  This part-time position would include mainly evenings and weekends as well as expected to be flexible to help cover shifts for other staff members when they are unavailable.  Job description includes: answering phones, making appointments, checking clients in and out, filing, faxing, and helping to keep the lobby area presentable.  Applicant must possess great communication skills and a MINIMUM of ONE YEAR of experience in a veterinary office, knowledge of ImproMed Infinity is preferred.  Please respond by sending in a resume that includes references.  Do not call to check on status of your application, you will be notified if we feel you may qualify for the job and will be brought in for an interview at that time.

Part Time Veterinary Assistant
